Please read the following terms in order to understand our refund policy.
All payments made in advance against Virtual Consultation are NON REFUNDABLE.
In instances where you would like to reschedule your appointment where you have made an advance payment against a particular Doctor and a respective timeslot, you will have to call on 02137132273 for rescheduling.
In instances where the doctor informs you or you are informed beforehand by a Shifaam representative about rescheduling the doctors’ appointment, you will have the option of rescheduling the appointment.
If the Doctor has missed an appointment that was scheduled on the respective timeslot for which you have paid, the patient can email at firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge a refund request against the appointment where the doctor was not available.
After receiving the refund request, the case will be sent for verification which is a process of 3 working days. You will be notified via Email/Sms/Call about your refund status.
All Medicines, Medical Items/Supplies bought via Shifaam Store are NON REFUNDABLE and cannot be RETURNED due to Health & Hygiene reasons UNLESS it is not as the order placed.
All Lab Tests services and packages are to be paid in advance and are NON REFUNDABLE.
